Describe the problem:
The large Erika does not retract the blades or cutters all the way in once it's done dividing/rolling. Can you please look into this? It may be causing sticky/wetter doughs not to be rolled as good as we like. I'd like to try making the Hot Cross Buns again, as soon as possible, with the machine properly working.
