Describe the problem:
Fan needs to always point at Pastry sink area to prevent flies. Please use PERMANENT bracket** to have it always point in that direction.
**Keep in mind the fan should be able to be disassembled to be cleaned. So a bracket on the cage itself is probably not ideal.
