Describe the problem:
the 3rd deck in the Miwe oven, and also the top (6) deck have been showing signs of a valve (damper issue) bread is very dull and bursty which is usually the case when we have a valve or steam issue
Notes:
Inspected dampers, cleaned a lot of debris out of the vent. Did not see any signs of steam escaping, will fire up oven and watch
