Describe the problem:
Can we please have the plastic flaps removed from the front of the freezer door? After discussing in our huddle last week, we are still continuing to damage product with the flaps and when we are in there longer periods of time other than bringing a tray in, we always shut the door behind us.
Notes:
Can you cover the tray with a box or something to protect the product
