Move plexiglass forward between Leigh & my desk.

Describe the problem: 
The space between Leigh & Jill's desk is too tight. I'd like to move my desk more towards the door and move Leigh's desk forward. The plexiglass will need to be repositioned. Can we please use a different type of molly in the ceiling tiles since the ones currently in use have come loose. Thank you!
Notes: 
Replaced ceiling tiles to eliminate holes, moved plexiglass and assisted equipment move.
