Describe the problem: 
The perf bar on the shrink wrapper is out of alignment and not resting evenly, it is causing large jagged perf holes that are making every wrap look bad
Notes: 
inspected; found several set screws holding perf bar loose allowing the bar to flop around. Additionally found 2 perf wheels installed of a smaller diameter not making contact with plastic. Removed unused perf wheels, re-spaced remaining perf wheels, and realigned perf bar tightening set screws.
