Describe the problem:
The conveyor belt used to feed the machine feels very loose and has been having trouble moving some of the heavier/denser items. When it happens the belt will either noticeably slow down, stop outright, or be unable to start moving from a stop. It can cause the film to feed faster than the item is being pushed into the bag, which can cause issues with the quality of the wrap. I also think the buildup on the underside of the belt has gotten bad, but can't really confirm that. Overall the machine still works on the troublesome items, it just causes some extra difficulty.

I just cleaned the icing off the roller, that should solve the problem
