Describe the problem: 
I got a very bad shock from the heat sealer in pastry. 2 ours after the shock and my hand is still aching. Please look at it. The other heath sealer is not working. What are we doing with that one. We need at least one heat sealer to work now and in one month we need two. Thanks!
