Notes: 
In order to diagnose any issue with the absence of obviously broken or faulty parts, I must be able to duplicate the problem. There is no question that this problem occurred however, I don't want to tear down a wall with 3 major pieces of equipment mounted to it without first verifying that that particular wall is the true source of the issue. I have not been able to duplicate it, and have seen no symptoms of an issue other than the moisture left from the original occurrence.
