Describe the problem: 
Figured out why the umbrellas in the courtyard can be difficult to close. The rope for the two umbrellas closest to the doors of BAKE! and the Bakeshop is about 2' too short. If the rope can be replaced with longer ones the umbrellas should close easily without force.
