Describe the problem: 
The door often stays open after loading bread into the 4th deck of the MIWE oven. Must be getting stuck. Please adjust. Also, there is one of the stopper screws missing from the front, right side of the door. You can see into the oven through the hole. Please replace the screw. Thank you!
