Describe the problem:
our front cooler that holds our drinks and sandwiches has water pooling in bottom.
Notes:
the shop staff have now drained the water ourselves twice. Angus wrote a work order last week and no one followed up. Can you please look at the case and follow up with Crystal to let us know what's wrong and when it will be fixed?
