Describe the problem:
The fan/vent above the dish machine makes an intermittent loud whistling noise, audible outside the dish room. It will occasionally improve if you turn the fan off and on again, but not always. I have a video of the sound if you need it.

fan is operating normally, I checked motor mounts and no vibration. Often ice and snow form on the cap which could cause some wierd sounds
