Describe the problem:
Proofer got to 97 degrees and almost ruined our croissants. It was set for 85. We turned it back on later to check and it was over 100 degrees.
Notes:
Inspected, found bad relay. Same relay as before. Will order tomorrow. Overnight Shipping Requested. -MB
