We've been unable to turn the hot water for the 3-compartment sink all the way off for quite some time, which is problematic for dispensing sanitizer, since it's supposed to be in cool water and the lowest temp we can get is warm.
Notes: 
Replaced water faucet handle and seals on hot side of the three compartment sink in bread.
