The hobart dish machine in BAKE! is leaking badly in the back corner. The pooling of water is causing mold and flies that the students are starting to notice. The drain on the machine is also constantly leaking, may need new seals.
Notes: 
Replaced new O Rings on Hobart dish washer. And tested and found no leaks on unit.
