Describe the problem:
Baking dark in the back and has a light pocket towards the front.
Notes:
Replaced roof HVAC units' air filters 5/6 and cleaned MIWE burner this morning 5/7. We'll monitor today's bake for change. Talk to bread department oven seems to be working good now.
