Describe the problem: 
The rubber/plastic nozzle on the Hobart dish machine hose is spraying sideways, getting clogged, and is not sealing on to the hose properly. Rubber grommet is no longer staying sealed to the hose.
Notes: 
i done a quick fix so it can be used.I have filled out a P.O. and gave it to Alex for replacement.
