Describe the problem: 
Our dish machine is not getting up to the right sanitizing levels. Also, it smells a little like burning. Perhaps there is a relationship?
Notes: 
Thank you very much! Replaced pinch tube. Primed chemical supply line. Repaired check valve. Primed chemical supply line and checked ppm levels. Removed check valve, tested supply flow and reattached. Primed line again and retested levels. Ran wash cycle twice and retested ppm levels with litmus strip for last time. Done
