Describe the problem:
Deck 5 of Miwe Oven has been having issues with bread programs that are considered steamy like Sourdough, Sweet and Steamy, Rye etc..
The issue is the amount of steam produced, which is too little and is causing nicely proofed bread to become bursty, and dull in sheen. This happened twice today with Rye, and 8 grain. The Rye was at the rye program , and the 8-grain was at the sweet and steamy program.
If we have an issue with steam in the Miwe it is more often with deck 5 than the other decks. And has been problematic for a while/ weeks or more.
