Describe the problem: 
Chunks of the CMA heating element came off during the end of day cleaning today. The wash gauge is still getting up to temp and the verification temperature sticker says it's sanitizing, but the final rinse gauge is stuck around 100 and doesn't move during the final rinse cycle. Need to be 180.
