Burner stopped firing. Tried adjusting air/gas mix with an appropriate w.c in 1.4 to no avail. Disassembled main burner gas tube with electrode and flame sensor. Replaced both electrode and flame sensor. Put back, reconnected all gas lines. Oven fired up immediately and I fine tuned the air/gas mix with a w.c in of 1.4 for both pilot and main gas. Has been firing successfully and holding temp now for 2 hours. Will monitor. As a side note for maintenance: I did not remove the entire burner. I removed the main gas line from the burner with the two screws holding it to the case, and I remove the entire burner tube with the other two screws at the bottom of the case. This allowed me to just pull out the main burner tube with all the components instead of removing the entire 50 lb thing. That was very easy this way.
