Describe the problem:
Temp drop after loaded with bread. burner icon was on, temp fell too 378 while set to 420. hard reset before bake, and temp still fell. caused complete failure of product.

redid all connections to burner controller, applied dielectric grease to all connections, applied tape to cover the burner controller from getting wet from above, ordered new burner controller
