We are seeing extreme temperature swings in the Miwe. Today it keeps jumping above 450 when all decks are set to 420. Based on the rapid baking , the temperatures are definitely hot, not just a faulty read. Yesterday at Po’boy time the temperature dropped low, 370, while also set for 420. The extremes are well beyond normal operation. Thanks!
