water accumulation in egg room
Describe the problem:
The CMA seems to create a decent amount of water on the floor, enough to flow to the egg room and create a large puddle that is lifting floor tiles and attracting flies.
Ideas:
1. Lee noted the two final rinse sprayers in the machine are pointed towards the exit flaps, instead of straight up and down. Causing water to come out the back during every load. I will send pictures.
2. Slope of floor creates flow to egg room. Fix slope.
3. Is there a leak????
It is on the dish room checklists to check the egg room and the dish washers are trained to keep the floors dry....but it still happens.
