The reach in nearest to the hand sink, that recently had the computer module replaced, is not holding temperature. It is set to hold at 34 degrees because of the meat in there. But this week, and especially today, it has been fluctuating far more. Today its been at 47 and 43 for a lot of the morning. How can it be kept cooler and safe for the food?
