Describe the problem: 
Protective plate at the front of the slicer fell off of the machine. Upon inspection, the plate was missing hardware to fasten it to the machine. Several detached washers were found throughout.
Notes: 
reinstalled plate with factory fasteners. Tested. Operating safe & normal
