Cleaning team noticed build up and smells in Delivery sink pipes. Can you check the sump pump to see if it's working properly or needs a clean?
I recommended Bela to add 4oz Grease Gobbler every other day until the build up is gone and confirmed comet with bleach is being used to clean the sink daily to help prevent reoccurrence. |

Water temperatures for Delivery hand sink are reversed. Hot handle pulls cold water, cold handle pulls hot water. |
