Describe the problem: 
Drain to wash basin of the 3 compartment sink is not opening or closing properly. This is beyond tightening the nut and is may need a replacement of the drain mechanism. (It feels like there is a part detached. The sanitizer sink drain is working great as a reference for how easily it should close.
