Describe the problem: 
Savory cooler 2 was running warm at 51. The meat was temping at 45. Moved out all affected products. Less concerned about the empty fridge coming up to temp, more concerned that once it is filled with containers and meat and cheese and eggs, will it maintain the temp. This is our main fridge and a very high priority.
