Revent oven keeps dropping in temp
Notes: 
The revent oven keeps dropping, but the problem is that it takes a very long time to recover. If we put something in for an 18min bake. It drops 50 degrees and takes 15min to final get back to the original temperature. So it is making the bakes go much longer.
