Describe the problem: 
CMA not reaching 180 degrees. Please increase heat output (or whatever needs to get it to 180 or above). Health inspection violation.
Notes: 
Sanitizing rinse tank thermostat; was factory set to almost, not quite, maximum temp adjustment. Increased knob adjustment to max. Not sure if adjustment will even register in terms of temperature, but there is no more temp adjustment anymore.
