Describe the problem:
For the last couple weeks we have been getting “low water” errors when baking in the MIWE oven, even when using programs that use small amounts of steam. More recently we have observed very dull, bursting bread come out of the oven, the symptoms of insufficient steam. Please diagnose and repair the cause of this problem.
