Describe the problem:
Cooler #8 has been out of range by 2-4 degrees right at 8 AM for at least 4 days in a row. Is there a way to adjust the system for it to kick on at a lower temp to keep this at the correct range?
Notes:
Spoke with Melissa about cooler. Relations with cooler controller provider (ATS) are tense right now leading to difficulty resolving problem. Defrost cycle on cooler 8 is set up to run 6x/day (most at bakehouse are set to 4x/day), one of which starts at 07:45. I'm not sure if this is a real "problem" as it is functioning properly, but it seems unnecessary.
