Describe the problem: 
Egg free sheeter (sheeter under DOR board in pastry) Won't stop running, so we manually turned it off and didn't use it the rest of the night.
Notes: 
Inspected; found control cam slipped out of alignment on shaft and broke direction switch. Replaced switch, realigned cam, and staked shaft to prevent future slippage.
