Describe the problem:
Hey Tom, The Shrink wrapper had a lot of trouble on the large items after you left :( We were getting a lot of holes in the corner and it was making the wrap look bubbly.
We pulled out the old shrink wrapper for the remainder of the cake department cakes we had to wrap, which also gave a us a lot of trouble, I could barely get them wrapped, so we actually stopped and will pick it up tomorrow because the fondant on cakes was being damaged from the heat. The old one was not disconnecting from the cross seal and there for ripping a hole in each bag.
