Alpaca Heat sealer not perforating or sealing at long lengths

Describe the problem: 
When running long items such as the corn bread noticed it was not sealing near the end of a corn breads length causing major issues. Also was not perferating causing bubbles to form and soon after pop into holes.
Notes: 
To test the perforation theory I used a paper clip to manually perferate a hole in the wrapping and they ended up coming out fine but only when I manually perforated it. Perforation was engaged and was actively rolling when running but for some reason either wasn't creating a deep enough hole or not penetrating at all. One other thing to note is the problem seemed worse with the smaller film. Hope this information helps guys.
