Describe the problem:
The blades are very dirty, to the point of appearing bumpy. I cleaned them as best I could using the method of scrubbing them with a wad of plastic while they're hot, but I believe I've hit the limit of what I can remove that way. The machine is sealing worse than usual, and I suspect the buildup on the blade is a major culprit. We have a coffee cake promo coming up and I'm hoping to get it working really well before we fully start production.
